"I was given a car insurance quote after providing my information and driving record in writing. After I bought the quote, the office billed me a 64% markup from my original quote, claiming that Statefarm was not aware of the information I had previously provided in writing and needed to adjust. The billed me days before my previous insurance was set to expire and now I have no choice but to go through with them. 2 stars because they have been responsive to my calls and emails. Updated 8/16/23: After posting this review the agent reached out to me and investigated the cause of the premium increase with their underwriting department. The agent said that they had reported my driving record correctly into the quoting system but that underwriting had upped my premiums after investigating further. I have encouraged the office to highlight Statefarm's discrepancies between quotes and finalized premiums before having customers purchase, and to proactively communicate changes to premiums before customers receive such a large bill. While this office may be doing everything by the book, be warned that Statefarm can implement MASSIVE changes between quotes and finalized premiums."

"An Absolute Professional, Every Step Of The Way Don't know where to begin with Joe, so I guess it'll be easier to start out the gate by sharing how very happy I am with transferring over to him, at his insurance agency for all of my coverage needs. I've known Joe for quite a number of years and wished I had reached out sooner so he could have reviewed all of my policies, from my personal auto, home and business plans. I could have saved not only money, but I could have had better coverage all these years. Well, it's true when they say better late than never...I can now sleep better at night knowing I have the best plans for coverage available.
